CEO

Jamey Coury

Personal Experience & Biography

Jamey Coury is the Chief Executive Officer for Safe Harbor where she manages the company’s finances with all its subsidiaries. Jamey joins Safe Harbor after spending 14 years in the engineering corporate world with companies like Jacobs Engineering and Worley Parsons. She most recently served as a PCM on the California High Speed Rail projects while continuing to perform her CEO role at the company. Jamey’s vast experience coupled with her eagerness to help other lends itself well to the Behavioral Health field in hopes of making a difference.

My dad used to always tell me, nothing is more rewarding in life then helping a fellow neighbor, and I now realize more than ever, he could not have been more right. Growing up, I always wanted to become a doctor just so I can help save people’s lives, but instead I ended up spending most of my career in engineering. Within a couple of months of joining Safe Harbor, I found myself having the need to engrain myself within the company to carry on the Mission and be a part of Women Empowering Women. The need to help others overpowered all other aspects of my duties at work. Being able to witness our team changing the lives of others and their families was beyond gratifying, it was like nothing I have ever experienced before and I knew this was my calling. Safe Harbor truly is the Safe Harbor that women need. I can’t think of any better place for my childhood dream of “saving people’s lives” to come true.

Through Love and Care, anything is possible.

Arlene Hylton

Personal Experience & Biography

Rev. Arlene C. Hylton has been the Spiritual Director for Safe Harbor Treatment Center for Women since 2010. Rev Arlene is an Ordained trans-denominational Minister who supports individuals in realizing their highest potential. Her one on one counsel, guided meditation, spiritual process groups, and spiritual gatherings supports each client in realizing their highest potential and their healing capacity. As individuals become more conscious of a higher power that is active and fully available to them, they then have the
potential to transform their life. Her support of each client informs them of their necessity in the world. Her message “You are whole, you are needed, you are worthy” gives a deeper awareness of the importance of each person.

Our clients are also given spiritual principles to support them in living a life of recovery and fulfillment. Rev.
