At Safe Harbor Treatment Center, we provide the tools and teach the necessary life skills needed to create and maintain a stable routine that ensures longevity in recovery. Developing new routines that replace previous mal-adaptive living behaviors is an important part of building self-esteem and independence. Our goal is to help clients understand the importance of responsibility and self-discipline. These qualities will serve them in achieving goals, maintaining sobriety, self-care and living a life with reduced stress and chaos. All of which support recovery.
