Meet Our Team

We employ a highly trained staff, all of whom specialize in the field of addiction. Our experienced clinicians assist individuals in identifying underlying beliefs and self-destructive behaviors, which no longer serve them. Clients receive love and support while learning about how addiction works and gaining the skills and strength needed for lasting sobriety.

Our goal is to restore spiritual wellbeing, self-worth, and the ability to thrive in a life of fulfillment through unconditional love, acceptance, and evidence-based treatment.

Chelsee Spinello
Director of Business Development
I’m Chelsee Spinello, a proud mom of three and someone who’s walked my own path through addiction as well as have lost my mom to her own. This community has shaped who I am today and fuels the work I do. I know firsthand how heavy life can feel, but I also know change is possible. My heart is in helping people see their worth, find hope, and create a life that feels meaningful. This isn’t a job to me, it’s personal, and I give it everything I’ve got!
Michael Alpert
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Chicago, I am a proud father and Navy veteran, and I serve as a certified CARF Surveyor, bringing a focus on quality and accreditation to all my work. With more than 15 years of experience in the treatment field, my educational background in Psychology and Addiction Studies, coupled with my own experience as a person in recovery, has served as the foundation for my professional work. Beyond my career, I find balance by working out, cooking, spending as much time as possible at the beach, and if not involved with those things, you can find me at the park with my dog, Eddie. More personally, I am driven by a deep commitment to being of service to others. I care about people and believe in nurturing that small grain of hope within those who feel they’re beyond help and just need someone trustworthy to listen. The best is yet to come!
