Nutrition During Recovery
Offering a variety of healthful meals and snacks, our Chef is mindful and knowledgeable about the nutritional needs of clients as they begin their journey to healthy living and recovery. Our menu is mostly organic and created with locally sourced fresh produce. Low in sugar, fat, and processed foods. It is important to ensure that the body receives what it needs to sustain energy and focus. By offering fresh, made-from-scratch meals that are nutrient-dense, clients’ bodies will naturally begin to recover to healthy weight and energy levels. Safe Harbor is mindful of dietary restrictions and preferences and can accommodate the nutritional needs of any client.
